1. Open client profile

2. Click Assessments from the sidebar

3. Select Assessment History from the drop-down list


Arrive at the four toggles (Assessments, Services, Goal Plans/Projections, Notes) by the following steps:


Assessments:

1. Open client profile

2. Click Assessments from the sidebar

3. Select Assessment History from the drop-down list

4. Assessment History will be displayed in the main screen



Assessment Services:

1. Open client profile

2. Click Assessments from the sidebar

3. Select Assessment History from the drop-down list

4. Click the Services toggle 

5. Services will be listed below

3. Select Assessment History from the drop-down list
