1. Open client profile

2. Click Assessments from the sidebar

3. Select Assessment History from the drop-down list

4. Click the Goal Plans/Projections toggle button

5. Locate the scale for which you wish to create a Goal Plan

6. Click the Projection drop-down

7. Click Create Objective

8. Fill in all relevant information

9. Click + Add Step

10. Click the pencil icon to the right

11. Fill in all relevant information

12. Repeat steps 9-11 to create additional steps for that objective

13. Repeat steps 7-11 to create new objectives and add steps to those objectives

14. System will save automatically
