1. Open your client’s profile and click Family on the sidebar

2. Click Manage Family

3. Click Add Family Member

4. Type the family member's name under Member Name in the Begin typing to search… text field

5. Select existing client name from the drop-down list

If this family member is not already in the system: enter their full name and click Add Family Member. A client profile will be created for them. Access this client's profile via the People Page or conduct a Global Search to locate. Open their profile and fill in all relevant information.

6. Click Add Family Member

7. Name will appear below

8. Click the drop-down menu under Relation, and select the appropriate relationship

9. System will save automatically
