1. Open client profile

2. Select the Programs tab

3. Locate the Program you wish to delete - use the Type and Status filters on the left to help locate

4. Click Program box to expand

5. Click the trash can icon

6. Program is deleted

7. To re-enable, click the undo circle

AFTER NAVIGATING AWAY FROM THE PAGE, THE PROGRAM WILL BE PERMANENTLY DELETED
