1. Open client profile
2. Select the Programs tab
3. Click Eligibility Calculator on the right
4. Screen overlay will appear
5. Programs for which the client is eligible will be listed
6. Click each program to drop down options
7. Click the check-box of each program you wish to assign
8. Click Assign Program
9. Client is now assigned to that program
