1. Open client profile

2. Select the Trainings tab

3. Select the Registered toggle

4. All trainings for which the client is registered will appear below

5. Locate and click the training the client has attended

6. Training box will expand

7. If there are multiple sessions sessions, select the Registered tab to filter only the sessions for which the client has registered

8. Check the Attended box for each applicable session

9. System will save automatically


To record a staff member's attendance to a training, open the staff member's profile (learn how to locate a staff member's profile hereand follow steps 2-9 above
