1. From the People Page, click the Groups tab from the Intake Navigation Bar

2. From the list on the left, select the group you wish to add a Program

3. Click Programs to expand

4. Start typing to search … or click the Search programs drop-down menu

5. Select the program you wish to add from the list

6. Enter Start Date, End Date, and Checkup Date

7. Under Selected Clients, select the check-boxes next to each client who will be placed in this program

Click "Select all" if all clients listed will be placed in this program

CHECK YOUR WORK! There is no undo option - any adjustments must be made manually in each clients' profile

8. Click Complete
