WHAT are Personal Files/Folders?
Personal Files are the client's individual files to keep on record (Driver's license, birth certificate, etc). These are accessible via the left sidebar, Files, Personal Files.
WHY does eLogic Genesis have Personal Files/Folders?
Case workers can upload client files and take those files with them; all stored files are available anywhere the case worker can log on to Genesis. This makes locating documentation, identification, applications,or any other necessary file faster and easier than searching for a paper copy.
