WHAT are Group Folders?

Global Folders are folders that appear for all clients in the system. Users with Agency Admin access can manage global folders by clicking Agency Admin -> Files tab -> Personal Directory Folders. This will bring up the list. Each folder listed there will appear under all client profiles under the left sidebar Files option. These can be used like any other folder. 


WHY does eLogic Genesis have Group Folders?

Group Folders contain standard documents and forms that are used across an organization and store them so they are available to every client. Some examples of files that could be uploaded to your organization's group forms are MOUs and Release of Information.
