1. Open client profile

2. Select Files from the sidebar

3. Select Personal Files or Group Files, as applicable

4. To see what is inside a folder, click on it from either the File Directory list on the left or the folder icon on the main screen

5. To return to the main file directory, either:

Click the Folder labeled Home

-OR-

Click the words File Directory
