- that your options on the sidebar are fewer than shown here
Genesis is designed to be customizable for each user. A user who works with clients in a limited capacity will have far fewer options available than a user who works with clients very closely.
The reason behind this is to ensure personal information is protected and that your agency remains HIPAA compliant.
