With this feature enabled, navigators (case workers) will be automatically assigned to every client profile they open. Clients can have multiple caseworkers assigned.

1. Click Agency Admin from the System Navigation Bar

2. Click on the General tab

3. If your agency chooses to enable this, select the Auto-assign Caseworkers check-box 

4. Click Save settings
