WHAT is the Service Breakdown Feature?

The Service Breakdown displays the services your client has received. Service Breakdowns are available under both Quick and Scales Services. They display a total service count and a total cost associated with all services provided. Once opened, the Service Breakdown groups each service together to show the Count of how many times that service has been assigned. You can click to expand each service group to see the Type of service it is (Direct or Referral), the date that it was Created, the Cost associated with each service assignment, and the Status of the service. The Created date, when clicked, will automatically scroll the screen down to the service where you can click to expand to interact with the service details.
