WHAT are Quick Services?

Quick Services are considered a one-time service that does not require an assessment to be added to a client file. eg; If a client needs a bus pass but does not need full case management, they can be given a quick service bus pass without conducting an assessment. Services can be set as Quick Services by a user with Agency Admin access.


WHY does eLogic Genesis have Quick Services?

Quick Services enables staff members to be accountable for services without having to assess and assign scales each time.
