Once an Ad Hoc Report has run....
After running your Ad Hoc Report, the data will be displayed in a statement-by-statement format. The results display the Count of how many clients met the criteria (Rules) for each statement and what Percentage of the Population this cohort equals compared to the Total Population.
There are three options on the far right of each statement: Details, Clients, Services. Once clicked, each will show different information:
Details are the Rules that were selected when building the Ad Hoc report - details have a light blue background.
Client names are displayed along with the name of the user who Created the account as well as the client's Caseworker(s).
Services are listed below and are organized by Domain.
