1. Open client profile

2. Click Assessments from the sidebar

3. Select Assessments from the drop-down list

4. Click the ASSESSMENT COLLECTIONS toggle in the main screen

5. Under Available Collections, select the Assessment Collection you wish to conduct

6. Click Start

7. Conduct the Assessment

8. Upon completion of the each assessment within the collection, a confirmation will appear 

9. Click Next Assessment: to continue

10: Repeat steps 7-9 as needed

11. Upon completion of all assessments, the Finalize Collection screen will appear

12. Schedule a follow-up assessment if applicable

13. If you need to backdate the assessment, enter a date under Finalize Date

14. Click Finalize Assessment

15. Assessments will appear individually under Completed Assessments and Assessment History
