1. Open client profile

2. Click the Assessments from the left sidebar

3. Click Assessment History

4. Click the Services toggle in the main screen

 

5. Locate the scale to which you would like to add a cost

6. Display assigned services by using the Direct, Referral, or All tabs - services will filter

7. Select the service to which you wish to add a cost - Service will expand

8. Enter Total Service Cost

9. Click Save
