1. From the People Page, click the Groups tab from the Navigation Bar

2. From the list on the left, select the group you wish to add a Training

3. Click Trainings to expand

4. Select an option under Filter trainings by date: Today, Next 7 Days, Next 30 Days, Next 12 Months

This will display which trainings are scheduled to occur within this time-frame below

5. If applicable, select Training Vendor: from drop-down list

6. Start typing training name… or click the Training Name drop-down menu

7. Based on the Filter trainings by date: selection, list of available trainings will appear below showing training date and time 

8. Locate the training session for which you wish to register the list of Selected Clients below

9. Click Start Registration 

10. Under Selected Clients, select the check-boxes next to each client in the Registered column for those who have registered for this training session

Click "Select all" if all clients listed will register for this training session

CHECK YOUR WORK! There is no undo option - any adjustments must be made manually in each clients' profile

8. Click Complete 

Once registered, training sessions will appear under clients' Trainings tab.
