WHAT are Notifications in eLogic Genesis?

Each night, the system will generate notifications for different scheduled events. Notifications will be sent to each Navigator who is assigned to the client's profile. A client's Navigators are shown in the client information box located near the top left corner of the client's profile:

These notifications will appear in two forms:

  • In-App Notification: Users will see a number in a red circle over the user menu icon in the top right corner of Genesis. Click the user menu icon, then click Notifications from the drop-down menu. A side menu will expand and display all notifications. 

  • Email Notification: A "summary" email will be sent overnight to each user with a list of their notifications.


WHAT Will Trigger a Notification?

  • Service Checkup Date
  • Program Checkup Date
  • Assessments Past Due (will notify for only one day past due)
  • Assessments Due
  • Assessments Upcoming (will notify only one day in advance)
  • Applications Due
  • Form Reminder (notification is set manually upon form finalization for # of days before the next form is due)
