1. Open client profile
2. Click “Goal Plans” from the intake navigation bar 
3. Click “Add Quick Goal Plan” near the top left corner
4. Enter Goal Plan Name
5. Select the corresponding Domain this Quick Goal Plan belongs from the drop-down list
6. Select the pre-established Goal Statement from the drop-down list
7. Click “Create Goal Plan”
8. Click Goal Plan to expand 
9. Click Create Objective
10. Fill in all relevant information
11. Click + Add Step
12. Click the pencil icon to the right
13. Fill in all relevant information
14. System will save automatically
