*Please note that a Projection can be converted to a Goal Plan once created
1. Open client profile
2. Click Assessments from the sidebar
3. Select Assessment History from the drop-down list
4. Click the Goal Plans/Projections toggle button
5. Locate the scale to which you wish to assign a projection
6. Click the Projection drop-down menu and select the projection you wish to assign
7. Click Add
8. Projection will show in blue on the histogram and appear below in a green drop-down menu
