1. Open client profile

2. Click Assessments from the sidebar

3. Select Assessment History from the drop-down list

4. Click the Goal Plans/Projections toggle button

5. Locate the scale for which you wish to complete or cancel the Goal Plan

6. Click the desired Goal Plan listed

7. When each Step or Objective is completed, select the associated check-box

8. Change the status by selecting of of the three tabs below the Goal Plan: Active, Completed, or Cancelled

9. If desired, add additional Objectives and/or Steps (follow steps 7-11)

10. System will save automatically
