"My People Page is empty and says '0 contacts found'."
Try this first:
1. From the People Page, click FILTERS
2. Options will drop down
3. Be sure under TYPE, Client is selected
Still No Client List?
1. From the People Page, click GROUPS Filter
2. Be sure All is selected
Still No Clients Showing Under on the People Page?
Ask your administrator to check your Roles and Permissions settings for:
- Programs
- Client Groups
Some Programs and Client Groups contain personal or medical information and are protected by your agency's Roles and Permissions. If you are not given access to these programs or client groups, they are hidden from view on the People Page.
I STILL Don't Have Any Clients on the People Page!
