1. Click Agency Admin from the System Navigation Bar
2. Click on the Services tab
3. Click Add Referral Service
4. Under Domain, click the drop-down list and select which domain this service is housed
5. Begin typing to search… for the name of the referral agency who provides the service and select it from the drop-down menu
If the agency does not exist in the system, click Add New Agency and a screen overlay will appear. Type the name of the agency in the text field. Click Save Agency and repeat Step 5.
6. Type service name… in the Service Name text field
7. Under the Type drop-down box, select if this service is for an Individual or their Family
8. Enter the Cost and Hours for the service, if applicable
9. Click Save Service
10. Service will appear in list below
