1. Click Agency Admin from the System Navigation Bar

2. Click the Financial tab

3. Select Eligibility Calculator from the list on the left

4. Locate and click on the Eligibility Calculator you wish to edit

5. Eligibility Calculator box will expand

6. Edit the Eligibility Calculator Name if desired

7. Under Eligible Program(s), click the Select… drop-down menu

8. Select all Eligible Programs that are tied to this Eligibility Calculator - there is no limit

9. Under Add New Rule, click the Select… drop-down menu

10. Select Rule

11. Click Add Rule

12. New Rules will appear below

13. Indicate within that rule what criteria must be met for a client to be eligible

14. Repeat Steps 8-11 as needed for multiple Rules

15. Click Save
