Select which fields are displayed in the Client’s profile (Note, these fields are not considered mandatory and do not have to be filled out. To set which fields must be filled out, see Mandatory Fields here)

1. Click Agency Admin from the System Navigation Bar

2. Click the Agency Settings tab

3. Select Intake Fields from the list on the left

4. Under DEMOGRAPHICS, select the fields you wish to be displayed in each client profile

5. System will save automatically
