1. Click Agency Admin from the System Navigation Bar
2. Click the Agency Settings tab
3. Select Privacy Groups from the list on the left
4. Enter the title of your new Privacy Group in the text field
5. Click Add New Privacy Group
6. New Privacy Group will appear below
