1. Click Agency Admin from the System Navigation Bar

2. Click the Permissions tab

3. Select the Role you you wish to assign users from the list on the left

4. Click the Users toggle

5. Select from the list of System Users which Users you wish to be in this Role


Users MUST be assigned a Role before they can log in
