Some things to keep in mind when submitting a ticket:

  • Tell us which agency or organization you work with
  • If a part of Genesis is not functioning correctly, try to describe the problem with as much detail as possible
  • A picture is worth a thousand words! Please supply us with a screenshot of the issue
