WHAT is a Scheduled Report? 

A Scheduled Report is a way to run and deliver Custom Reports via email at regularly scheduled intervals.

This can be a useful tool for quality checking data entry methods and getting a snapshot view of clients' information.


Once created, a Scheduled Report will run automatically and email the results to the recipient list. Users in the recipient list do NOT need to have Report Management or Report Viewing Role Permissions enabled for their user Role.


Scheduled Reports can be created by Agency Administrators and users with Report Management Role Permissions.
