1. Click Agency Admin from the System Navigation Bar

2. Click the Agency Settings tab

3. Select Privacy Groups from the list on the left

4. Locate the Privacy Group you wish to add a user from the list on the left

5. Click the blue person icon

6. From the list of usernames on the left, locate and click the username(s) you wish to add to this Privacy Group 

7. User(s) will appear under Assigned Users on the right
