1. Click Agency Admin from the System Navigation Bar

2. Click the Agency Settings tab

3. Select Privacy Groups from the list on the left

4. Locate the Privacy Group you wish to remove a user from the list on the left

5. Click the blue person icon

6. From the list of usernames on the right, locate and click the username(s) you wish to remove from this Privacy Group 

7. User(s) will be removed from this Privacy Group and will appear under Available Users
