eLogic Genesis generates two types of clients within eLogic Genesis: Head of Household and Individuals. All clients initially created are set as Head of Household (which can be changed at any time) and all clients subsequently created and added to the household via Family Management are considered Individuals.
Since Genesis differentiates clients in this manner, upon intake, navigators can report on Head of Households only, on clients as Individuals (all clients who are not set as Head of Households), or they can report them together using preset filters which are available on all report builders.
