Dashboard Must-Knows:

  1. Clients must be assigned a navigator to appear on Dashboards. For help on how to assign navigators to clients, click here.
  2. It may seem that some filters on the Dashboard do not display all options. These are “smart” filters and are designed to display only options that are relevant to the time range selected.
  3. Agency Admins can view all staff' clients in their Dashboard. Standard Users can view only their own and other staff members’ clients assigned the same Role.

1. Interactive Mini Calendar and Date Navigation bar

Click a date on the mini calendar to select the start date. Use the time frame toggles to switch between Day, Week, Month, and Year. All dashboard events captured within that time frame will display below.

Click Reset to Today to return to today's date.

2. Current Week's Tasks

All dashboard events that are due or occurring this week will be displayed on the left. Use the blue Filters drop-down list to display or hide different types of events.
