When cache clearing isn't enough, we may instruct you to clear your browser's site data.
Clearing your site data is the most thorough way to ensure that all new software features have made it into your browser. Keep in mind that this is not something that needs to be done regularly.
Do the following to clear your site data:
1. Press F12 on your keyboard - a side panel will expand from the right
2. In the side panel, click the "Application" tab
3. Click "Clear Storage" in the side panel
4. Click "Clear site data"
4. You're done! Press F12 to close the side panel
