Important Note: You will only be able to edit and maintain Agency Services that are owned by your agency. By toggling Source: Inherit to Source: Own you are turning off all Inherited items and they will not be available in client profiles. Click here to learn more.

1. Click Agency Admin from the System Navigation Bar

2. Click on the Services tab

3. Be sure Agency Services is selected from the list on the left

4. Locate from the Agency Services list which service you wish to add to a Program

5. Click the gear icon in that row

6. Under the Edit Service section at the top, locate the Assign to Program(s) box

7. Click Start typing program name... and either type the name of the Program or select it from the drop-down menu

8. Repeat as needed for multiple Programs

9. Click Save Service


Once services are assigned to a program, those services will only become available to the client when they are enrolled in that program. If you would like these services to be available to all clients, do not assign them to a program.
