Important Note: You will only be able to edit and maintain Services that are owned by your agency. By toggling Source: Inherit to Source: Own you are turning off all Inherited items and they will not be available in client profiles. Click here to learn more.
1. Click Agency Admin from the System Navigation Bar
2. Click on the Services tab
3. Be sure Agency Services is selected from the list on the left
4. Locate from the Agency Services list which service from which you wish to remove a Scale Service
5. Click the gear icon in that row
6. Under the Service Scales section in the middle portion of the screen under SELECTED SCALES on the right, locate the scale from which you wish to remove the service
7. Click the trash can to the right of the Scale
8. Click Save Service
