Important Note: You will only be able to edit and maintain Assessments that are owned by your agency. By toggling Source: Inherit to Source: Own you are turning off all Inherited items and they will not be available in client profiles. Click here to learn more.
1. Click Agency Admin from the System Navigation Bar
2. Click the Assessments tab
3. Be sure Assessment Packs is selected from list on the left
4. Locate the Assessment Pack you wish to delete
5. Click the trash can
6. Assessment pack is now deleted
7. If deleted by accident, click the redo circle
THE ASSESSMENT PACK WILL BE PERMANENTLY DELETED AFTER YOU NAVIGATE AWAY FROM THIS PAGE
