Once a service is assigned to a program, that service will only become available to clients who are enrolled in that program. If you would like that service to be available to all clients, do not assign that service to a program.
Important Note: You will only be able to edit and maintain Programs that are owned by your agency. By toggling Source: Inherit to Source: Own you are turning off all Inherited items and they will not be available in client profiles. Click here to learn more.
1. Click Agency Admin from the System Navigation Bar
2. Click the Programs tab
3. Locate and click the Program you wish to tie services
4. Attach services to the Program by clicking the drop-down menu under Available Service(s) and select all services that are applicable - there is no limit
5. Click Save
