Be sure you have Genesis pulled up in the Google Chrome browser on your screen
- Windows/PC Users: On your keyboard, press CTRL and F5 at the same time
- Mac Users: On your keyboard, press SHIFT + CTRL + DELETE at the same time
Page will reload and your cache will be cleared!
Tablet users: Don't have a keyboard? No problem!
- On your tablet, open Chrome
- At the top right, tap the three vertical dots
- Tap More tools → Clear browsing data
4. At the top, choose a time range. "Last hour" or "Last 24 hours" are both fine
5. Be sure the check-box next to "Cached images and files" is selected
6. Click Clear data
You're good to go!
