Once an Assessment is assigned to a program, that Assessment will only become available to clients who are enrolled in that program. If you would like that Assessment to be available to all clients, do not assign that Assessment to a program.


Important Note: You will only be able to edit and maintain Programs that are owned by your agency. By toggling Source: Inherit to Source: Own you are turning off all Inherited items and they will not be available in client profiles. Click here to learn more.

1. Click Agency Admin from the System Navigation Bar

2. Click the Programs tab

3. Locate and click the Program to which you wish to tie an Assessment

5. Attach assessments to the Program by clicking the drop-down menu under Available Assessment(s) and select all assessments that are applicable - there is no limit

6. Click Save
