Once services and Assessments are assigned to a program, those services and Assessments will only become available to clients who are enrolled in that program. If you would like these services and Assessments to be available to all clients, do not assign these services or Assessments to a program.
Important Note: You will only be able to edit and maintain Programs that are owned by your agency. By toggling Source: Inherit to Source: Own you are turning off all Inherited items and they will not be available in client profiles. Click here to learn more.
1. Click Agency Admin from the System Navigation Bar
2. Click the Programs tab
3. Locate and click the Program you wish to edit
4. Make any appropriate changes
5. Click Save
