1. Click Reports located in the system navigation bar

2. Click the Ad Hoc Reports tab

3. Type report name… and click New Report

4. New report will appear below

5. Click the gear icon to display options 

6. Click Edit Report to begin building

7. Select all desired Report Filters 

8. Filters will appear on the right under SELECTED FILTERS

9. Click Add New Statement in the bottom left corner and click the white rectangle to expand

11. Create a New Header if desired or select a Statement Header (optional) from the drop-down menu

    Statement Headers will organize and group statements with the same Header together once the report is run

12. Begin adding Rules to match the statement outcome

13. From the six categories below, select which category this rule applies

14. Select from the rules below to apply it to the statement

15. Rule will appear to the right under Selected Rules

16. If applicable, click the gear icon to set the rule parameters

17. Screen overlay will appear

18. Instruction to set the rule will be at the top

19. Enter relevant information

20. Click Save

21. Repeat adding rules as necessary to capture the statement's criteria

22. When finished, click Save Statement


If more statements are desired, click Add New Statement in the bottom left corner

Repeat steps 10-22 as needed


Upon completion, click Save Report in the bottom right corner
