Set Report Filters


The first step in running any type of report is setting your report filters. Report Filters added to your report will appear on this page. Keep in mind, you do not need to enter criteria into each filter displayed! You have the option to run each report on any one--or combination of--selected filters. The only requirement here is at least one filter be a date range. Enter the information upon which the report will be run.


Filter Combination Settings


Under Filter Combination Settings, you will see two radio buttons:

Match ALL filters - results will be returned for all report criteria entered into filters.

Match ANY filters - results will be returned for any matching criteria entered into each filter.


For example:

If you wanted to see which clients were created over a specified time 

AND 

see which of those clients are assigned to a specific case worker

AND 

have a Client Status of "Active"...


... enter that information into each corresponding filter and be sure “Match ALL filters” is selected.



Another example:

If you wanted to see which clients were created in the last year 

OR

see which of those clients received an assessment in the last six months

OR

see those who started a service in the last month...


... enter that information into each corresponding filter and be sure “Match ANY filters” is selected.

When your filters are set, click Run Report!
