Important Note: You will only be able to edit and maintain Assessments that are owned by your agency. By toggling Source: Inherit to Source: Own you are turning off all Inherited items and they will not be available in client profiles. Click here to learn more.


1. Click Agency Admin from the System Navigation Bar

2. Click the Assessments tab

3. Select Assessment Collections from the list on the left

4. On the right side of the screen, Enter collection name... then click Add Group

5. Assessment Collection will appear in list below

6. Click the gear icon in that row

7. Select which assessments you would like to add to this collection from the group of tabs on the left under AVAILABLE ASSESSMENTS

8. When finished, click Save Assessment Group

9. Assessment Collection will now be available in client profiles under Assessments → Assessment Collection toggle
