Important Note: You will only be able to edit and maintain Assessments that are owned by your agency. By toggling Source: Inherit to Source: Own you are turning off all Inherited items and they will not be available in client profiles. Click here to learn more.
1. Click Agency Admin from the System Navigation Bar
2. Click the Assessments tab
3. Select Assessment Scales from the list on the left
4. Locate the scale you wish to change/assign value options for outcome statements
5. Locate the outcome statement under the Scale Options section and click the gear icon
6. Outcome statement box will expand
7. Enter new value
8. Click Save
9. Outcome statement value has been updated
