Important Note: You will only be able to edit and maintain Assessments that are owned by your agency. By toggling Source: Inherit to Source: Own you are turning off all Inherited items and they will not be available in client profiles. Click here to learn more.

This feature will enable users to finalize an assessment without making an outcome selection for all scales. For this feature to work, Agency Admins must first:

  • Own the assessment
    • Your organization owns the assessment if it has the gear icon. This allows editing.
    • If you are not able to edit a scale's outcome but wish to, contact the eLogic team for consulting assistance.
  • Each scale contained in the assessment has one "N/A" option 
    • This option MUST have a Value of negative one (-1) assigned. Click here to learn how to Change/Assign a Scale Statement Outcome Value.

1. Click Agency Admin from the System Navigation Bar

2. Click the Assessments tab

3. Be sure Assessment Packs tab is selected from the list on the left

4. Assessments will be listed below

5. Locate the Assessment you wish to enable finalization without selecting an outcome statement for each contained scale

6. Select the check-box under the Completion Optional column

7. System will save automatically
